Copelin Civil may collect and store personal information or sensitive information from our clients, employees, vendors and job applicants. The types of personal information we may collect includes but is not limited to:

How we collect personal information and security of your personal information
Copelin Civil may request information from you in order to undertake our services and responsibilities to you and our clients. We will take reasonable steps to ensure personal information we hold is stored in a manner that protects it from misuse and/or loss, and to protect it from unauthorised access, modification and/or disclosure.
When your personal information is no longer needed for the purpose for which it was obtained, we will take reasonable steps to destroy your personal information. Most of the personal information we collect will be securely stored for a minimum of 7 years.

We have a duty to maintain confidentiality of our clients’ affairs, including personal information. Our duty of confidentiality to our clients applies, except where disclosure of personal information is consented to by the client or is compelled by law. We never sell your personal information.
